Content Strategy: Frontier Internet

I was a copywriter with the digital marketing company, Red Ventures, for over 2 years. During that time I worked on multiple telecom portfolios. One of which was Frontier Communications, a Fortune 500 company, where we were asked to do a full site redesign.

This redesign project marked a serious break from Frontier’s previous branding. As a team, we got to craft new design and content to give the mobile experience a fresh and modern facelift.

The ultimate goal of the project was to create more brand awareness, as well as increase TV bundle purchases in Frontier’s FiOS (fiber internet) markets. Our strategy centered on playing up the brand value and the benefits of bundling services.
